  Partee school! Also one of the most positively unique places on Earth, i think, as indicated by some of these other reviews also. A lot for architechture and pristine nature buffs to absorb, besides uptown and the party college stereotype. You could easily come here for "a weekend" but get lost here forever. The place has a special magic that tends to linger with you.

  Best of Athens Rentals has truly lived up to their name. Before I signed my lease, Tiffany helped walk me through and explain any part I had questions about. It made the signing experience so much less stressful than it typically is and I didn't feel like I was being tricked into signing, like I have felt with other companies. In addition, it was nice to put a friendly face to the company I am renting from. Tiffany and her team are prompt and responsive with repairs, and take care of the exteriors of the properties from weeding to mowing. In addition, they're accepting of pets (for a small fee)! As with any rental company, it is the responsibility of the tenant to understand the lease completely before signing. The best way to get your security deposit back is to communicate with the lessor *before* you move out to understand the standards to which they expect you return your property. Doing this, I have no qualms that come the time to move out Tiffany and her team will return our security deposit.

• Review of "University Courtyard Apartments" at Athens

  Good apartments but not for the very high price. Management responds most of the time. The staff is usually helpful. The bus service is fantastic. Key cards are archaic and deactivate when they are near a magnet or a phone. Two pretty common items key cards are around. If it deactivates you are locked out of your apartment and maintenence does not come for awhile. Parking is great but they take major advantage a charge people $25 for a guest pass on Hallo oween. They also threaten to tow your car. The parking issue does not need to be handled in such a adversarial way.
